Allison Farrell is a Virginia Commonwealth University recent graduate and Social Creative Resident at The Martin Agency's new Social Lab. She is a part of a multidimensional team that moves nimbly across multiple client social asks.
Her academic career drew attention from recruiters from The Martin Agency, as she was one of the few founders of Camp Adventure. Camp Adventure is a summer internship/work opportunity for advertising students. This idea was crucial mid pandemic when agencies had no clue how to adapt their internship programs.
