This week I spoke to the author of one of my favourite books, Tribe. Sebastian Junger is an American journalist, author and filmmaker. He is also is known for books such as The Perfect Storm, War, and his latest release, Freedom.

In this episode we talk leadership, freedom, morality and solutions! What is this tension we have between our attachment to individuality and our need to be part of a tribe, a community? Sebastian can explain!
