This week, Michelle Fredericks is our guest, a talent coordinator at Code and Theory, one of AdAge's top agencies to work for 2020. Highly awarded, they are a digital agency headquartered on the 62nd floor of the one world trade center, and they are tasked with the Washington Football teams rebrand.
Michelle helps run Code and Theory's year-round internship program, and as of March 30th (when we recorded), she was looking for interns.
