Today is the National Day of Prayer, and President Trump celebrated this day by honoring the memory of those who were lost or injured during the attacks in the National Day of Prayer service in the White House’s Rose Garden. In attendance today Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein, who was wounded in the Saturday shooting at Chabad of Poway Synagogue in California. He accepted the White House’s invitation to Washington, D.C., for the National Day of Prayer. Goldstein addressed those in attendance in the Rose Garden for this day of prayer and remembered Lori Kaye, who put herself between the Rabbi and the shooter made the ultimate sacrifice. She was remembered by the President and Rabbi Goldstein today.
